Colorado, 35yo guy started out rebuilding KitchenAid mixers out of my garage which has moved into annual maintenance/repairs for Hobart Commercial mixers and various commercial kitchen equipment. Looking for a retiree/old time who worked on Hobarts for their career and are interested in passing down knowledge. Initial thinking is id come to you, stay in the area for up to a month of immersive learning. I could pay for some of your time but will have a fair chunk wrapped up in lodging, can totally pay once I'm back in CO. I like to think I'm an old should on the inside and looking for a mentor with this.
